“great pay but way too "welcome back to high school"”

Pros – wonderful pay
great patients
a fabulous way to become more in touch with the community
dose a good job in promoting higher education
Cons – way to much gossip, even by management
ridiculous work load during midnights
a high degree of favoritism
difficult to balance work life and home life
Advice to Senior Management – 40 patients, most who are 2 assist and only 2 aids on at night is ridiculous. since there are 3 main hallways, adding an extra person to each floor would do wonders!
