Pros

In a small town with lower expenses. It is a union environment which gives the drivers protection from unprofessional owners.

Cons

Small franchise branch of ESSO. The two owners (brothers) are very unprofessional and lack the management and leadership skills to make the appropriate business decisions and to manage their workforce. When business is going well they are shortsighted and full of their own egos. When business is down they make rash and panic decisions and not caring if it ends up hurting their customer base and their employees

Advice to Senior Management

Hire professional managers and hand the operation to them.
