    Pros

    Innovative and specialist in consumer
Freedom to make your own decisions and work internationally
Good international growth over the past 10 years and long service by majority of consultants/managers

    Cons

You are given a strong infrastructure but you are not spoon fed work. You need to be prepared to work hard to get results.

    Pros

Well located, nice offices, good benefits, good reputation

    Cons

Massive egos, arrogant culture, lack of work-life balance, unsupportive management. They do a very good job of selling the quality of the business and the consultative nature of their work in the interview process but the reality is very different. Poor people management skills and a constant feeling that everything you do is being judged (eg. needing to leave slightly early raises eyebrows). Other employees were unwilling to share their accounts or introduce their contacts.Very clique-ish as an outsider coming in. If you start to miss targets, do not expect a helping hand.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Their marketing is brilliant, making you, and customer believe that Nigel Wright are a reputable and professional firm.

    Cons

Lack of foresight, or massive ego, leads them to think that they can do whatever they want with people's careers. I was sold a dream and then dropped like a hot potato when their plans didn't work out as expected. Management talked about being busy but did nothing visible to improve the situation for others in the business. HR talked a good game but didn't offer any constructive solutions to my questions.
