I worked at Niles Audio full-time for more than a year
Pros – Very few barriers to being creative - virtually no bureaucracy - results are king.
Cons – Lack of resources - specifically capital equipment - part of challenge was to make due with test equipment through borrowing or to go to production without desired test data.
Advice to Senior Management – Find a technology visionary to provide the "seeds" for new product innovation ideas - it will be more difficult than ever to stay ahead of the "big guys" in distributed signaling and content delivery (e.g., Google, Verizon, Samsung, Apple, Qualcomm, Broadcom).
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Niles Audio
Pros – Not too much politics. Many nice people to work with. work load is reasonable but some times during release time it could be very hectic.
Cons – workplace like a dump. but they are closing out the operation in Miami anyway. So it is irrelevant now. The benefits are not great.
