    Pros

Very few barriers to being creative - virtually no bureaucracy - results are king.

    Cons

Lack of resources - specifically capital equipment - part of challenge was to make due with test equipment through borrowing or to go to production without desired test data.

    Advice to Management

Find a technology visionary to provide the "seeds" for new product innovation ideas - it will be more difficult than ever to stay ahead of the "big guys" in distributed signaling and content delivery (e.g., Google, Verizon, Samsung, Apple, Qualcomm, Broadcom).

  2. It is a OK place to work

    Pros

Not too much politics. Many nice people to work with. work load is reasonable but some times during release time it could be very hectic.

    Cons

workplace like a dump. but they are closing out the operation in Miami anyway. So it is irrelevant now. The benefits are not great.
