Awesome 8a govt contractor to work for.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Herndon, VA

ProsReally fun, smart, and great people to work with. Small is good, you are not a number but a person. Awesome salary and benefits for the size of company.

ConsSmall means not a lot of money for training and infrastructure. A little bit of a buddy system going on in management.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Avoid like the Plague

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsSmall
    Native American owned?
They stay out of your hair. Also a Con

ConsThey only care about their bottom line and not the employee.
They have no clue what you do or how well you do it. No reviews for chances to receive a bonus or even a salary increase.
    Extremely high turnover in management/HR.

Advice to Senior ManagementReview your employees and give a bonus, raise, or promote as necessary. Employees have to have something to shoot for. Respect your employees and do everything you can to keep the good ones. Even if you have to take a small hit on your bottom line it will be worth it in the future. Reputation can be ruined extremely fast these days through the use of the internet so make your employees happy. If they are not happy you are failing as a company.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
