    Pros

The company is very good about providing opportunities for training and learning additional skills which are a win-win, you learn more and your able to utilize those skills provide growth internally within the company

    Cons

Communication/coordination between manager is sometimes lacking, though if you're an independent person this can provide some freedom to show your initiative.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Large company, very diversified, researching and developing novel applications in the fields of therapeutics and materials. Employees of diverse backgrounds results in a potential for learning many things.

    Cons

compartmentalized, corporate politics, salary on the lower end of the spectrum. I did not feel like the interns were seen as future employees, moreso cheap employees to do routine work around the lab.

    Advice to Management

Company outings for employees is good for company morale. Interns should have a set program with a finite length of time.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

-The philosophy is simple: to keep quality employees, compensate them well.

    Pros

The bums wandering around the buildings usually don't bother you. If you are in good with someone in top management you can literally get away with not completing any actual work.

    Cons

Annual raises don't even cover inflation or cost of living increases. Bonuses are more of a slap in the face than a reward. extremely political environment, after working at NDT for over a year I feel I'm ready to run for mayor.

    Advice to Management

Stop "investing" money in other companies and start investing in your employee's
