    Pros

High pay compared to other engineering jobs.
Company strength shows promise for growth as a company
Schedule is 3 weeks on 3 weeks off or 4/4
12 hr days for 1 week is 40hrs regular and 44 over time
Live anywhere in the U.S. They pay travel cost (limited maximum)
High priority set on training. Some of the training schools can be thousands of dollars.
    No contract (job depending)
Can have significant travel around the world. More hours is more pay so this might be a positive to some.

    Cons

I can not think of significant cons worthy of inputting that are representative of the entire company.

    Advice to Management

I love my job. Weather the storm of low oil prices and keep on going!

I have been working at Noble Corporation (Less than a year)

    Pros

Slow-paced environment. Good company for those people with kids/family or looking for work/life balance. Good pay if compared with others in the O&G industry.

    Cons

If you like a fast-paced environment and a fast career advancement, unfortunately this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Change the old school mind set.

I worked at Noble Corporation full-time

    Pros

None, management only hires you then dumps you.

    Cons

Don't expect to be hired back on if you leave for military duty. Even if it's the federal law, Noble won't comply

    Advice to Management

Have respect for the people who fight for your freedom and allow you to have your position with the company. Follow the federal law that states you have to rehire workers who leave for military duty.

    Pros

Bonuses, pay, still some good leadership for the most part.

    Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to evaluate some that are in management and superintendent positions. Do not hire at the same time you are laying off employees that have been with the company for years. Giving at least a 2 week notice of layoffs would be nice. There are still some good people in management for the most part.
