    Pros

You feel valued and part of a team.

    Cons

Moving up in the company can be difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at the big picture and don't sweat the small stuff. Treat all employees fairly when it comes to reviews and policies.

I have been working at Noble House Hotels & Resorts

    Pros

Benefits, they support promoting from within

    Cons

Travel benefits could be better. Rooms have too many blackout dates and if there's high hotel occupancy, employee rates in hotel rooms don't apply.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great job on training. However, do not motivate through fear. Rather, inspire your team to do better.

I worked at Noble House Hotels & Resorts (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Amazing company with some truly fantastic properties. Most of the management are among the most talented you'll see in the industry.

    Cons

There are exceptions. Not all rise to a particular standard, and sometimes do and say shockingly offensive things. Derogatory nicknames, blocking promotions based on perceived friend status or assumptions about political leanings. Even when there has been no political talk or evidence to support assumptions.

Wonderful company to work for. Good benefits, good people. Opportunities to advance and very proud of their employees. There are some training opportunities. You do feel as though the upper management is interested in their employees and want them to succeed.

    Cons

Growing company so still working on defining themselves. Truly I don't have any cons

I have been working at Noble House Hotels & Resorts

    Pros

They had a nice budget for employee company parties and they were always family friendly. They gave our GM full control

    Cons

The upper management thinks they are above everyone and has a snooty attitude. Not a lot of communication between upper and lower management

I worked at Noble House Hotels & Resorts

    Pros

Free meals for employees! Whatever they make for the day, you can have it in the employee break room. Desserts are the best.

    Cons

Free meals in a dirty room. Employees act as if they were in a highschool clique. You're either in group and get favored by management or you're out. This is solely based on my experience.
