    Pros

    The company looks after their employees as their own kids. They always go one step ahead in providing benefits, than any other company in the world. You have very good work life balance. Great technologies to work on.

    Cons

    Its was a bit slowing moving company which has changed now.

    Pros

    Very good working culture, flexible timing, co-operating colleagues. And above all pay master.

    Cons

    As an employee you will not find any problem in your day to day working life. But top managements were annoying. They sold the company like anything.

    Act fast, learn from market. and move as world is moving. Currently(Post Elop era) company is doing good, and wish them all the success.

    Good Perks (free mobiles, company paid mobile bills, internet bills) at all levels
    Good Company Lease Vehicle program
    Great Health Insurance for entire family
    Best lay off plans(Bridge Program)
    Culture of respect

    Mad Management decisions (Burning Platform should have never been openly spoken)
    CEO OPK's mention of N97 as the iPhone killer
    Stubborn in android adaption
    Bringing in Stephen Elop who turned out to be a mole from MSFT

    Should be more aggressive
    Typical Scandinavian chilled out wont work in this highly competitive consumer industry .Sad but the Samsung employee work pressure tactics seems a way to succeed
    Now that only Nokia Network and here maps are left, sell the later it to Apple and start fresh with the Finnish DNA

    Pros

    Good pay, Cool work environment, Good work life balance, flexi timing (but not in all projects), friendly colleagues, Cab charges are very less, free mobile phone, laptop(once you complete 3 years).

    Cons

    Very bad managers, they give good hikes/promotions only to their "pets". Poor HR, if you complaint about the managers nothing will happen it just backfire you, in return less hike for you.

    Pros

    i have worked for more than 2.5 years as FTE @ Nokia, Bangalore.

    1) ultimate job security that according to me i haven't seen any where.
    2) loads of internal trainings to hone your technical/soft skills.
    3) working with some of brilliant minds in the industry.
    4) Avg . pay
    5)Good facilities in terms of transport, workplace..etc
    6) Lots of chances for internal mobility.
    7) Loads of tech stuff to learn
    8) Flex timings
    9) Work life balance
    10) HR policies excellent !

    Cons

    1) Not a paymaster / very good salary centre.
    2) Food NOT gud.
    3) Some politics here n there.
    4) limited WFH option.

    Best workplace environment, best compensation in the industry, superb benefits, excellent training, great career growth, opportunity to move anywhere.

    There are no specific negative points working for Nokia. Only point is that their future is not looking as bright, but otherwise there is no negative.
