I have been working at Nokia full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The office environment is good enough with gym, recreation centre and canteen. All team members are getting along well with each other. The communication between SLT and employees are smoothy.

    Cons

It's a huge organization with some redundant employees. The product of Nokia is facing fierce vie from Samsung and Apple, innovation and decisive decision from SLT is very important for this enterprise, but I didn't seen it up to now.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to understand the market and needs of customer.
