I worked at Nokia India full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Market leader, Work-life balance, Ok-ish compensation, Decent HR policies

    Cons

Nokia wasn't having as many brilliant people as some other market leaders at that time - the few people who are good, are just awesome. Some of the teams had a laid back attitude towards work, not respecting deadlines. Compensation varies between 50th - 70th percentile based on the team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not relevant any more ... very few from the erstwhile team exist.
