Pros
Great company with real potential for individual success. Constant renewal.
Cons
Very large, to really grow it appears relocation is necessary. Sometimes change for change sake can be too much.
Advice to Senior Management
Excellent vision and strategy but don't hesitate. Don't let the gian tthat Nokia has become suppress it's ability to be a leader.
