ProsPersonal growth : I started working with NSN as a fresher. As fresher, for me opportunities were decent. Team members were helpful.

Office Culture : I had noting to complain. But cost cutting was a big comedy.

Benefits : Depends on manager. I had a cool and supportive manager. My efforts were rewarded.

ConsCompany values : I felt values were changing constantly . Some how I feel NSN is in a process of constant change ( may not be good )

Leadership : There were lot of restructuring and reorganization. It may be due to aimless leadership.

Compensation : It depends on department you are in. I had seen both extremes

Advice to Senior ManagementHave Aim. Be focused.

A great company that could be MUCH better

    ProsDiverse experience
    Good policies
    Knowledge sharing
    Support communities
    on job training
    technology leader
    excellent documentation
    focused portfolio

ConsThey don't have any financial future plan for existing employees (even when the company is having a positive cash flow!), instead it promotes the dynamic mobility of the resources and this leads to losing a lot of the companies key players

Advice to Senior ManagementStop doing this!, prioritize your key potentials instead of going for new hires from competitors!!!!!
