Pros
You can gain alot of good experience at the field I was working in (Network Security) and they provided alot of training and facilities to help you learn

- Salary is lower than similar positions in other companies or in the field
- Long work hours and a lot of pressure

- Increase the salaries of employees to keep them from leaving
- Hire more competent people and offer more initial training

Global company that believes in mobility -- walks the talk --- teams are dispersed around the world and function well. It's allowed me to build a global network.

big company with slow processes, very frequent travel, often at the drop of the hat

Continue to encourage creativity in global markets and rely on the local teams for their in country expertise
