Good culture

Good pay and on call bonus is higher than the rest of the organisation in the APAC.
Great work location, Pyrmont.

At NSN you are seen as an individual and you are supported on your personal growth. NSN has a great focus on innovation, quality products and building interesting stuff

As any other big company, the salaries are balanced on what there is on the market and you don't get a very high salary. You may need to work with several different people and although the average competence level is pretty good, in so many people there are some not that good.

I think it should have a better talent retention policy within the company. I've seen pretty talented people leave the company in the last years.

-Please concentrate on building competence within the teams and not just saving OPEX.

1. Parent company Siemens and Nokia are excellent companies
2. You can easily avoid working here, if you like that.
3. As it is in a cost cutting mode, you can get exposure working on things beyond your experience.
Cons
1. Excessive cost cutting resulting in quality cutting
2. It is now common talk that that your performance rating has no connection to your appraisal. Politics, smart managers, favoritism etc have greater impact on it.
