The best reason is to work in world known, big company, with quite OK salary for somebody without any qualifications.

Now my salary is much too low comparing too my qualifications and what I am really doing in work.... Anyway I am trying to do my best.
Advice to Senior Management
Please concern to give much, much higher salary in Poland, for those which are showing commitment and great skills.

This is probably the best place to work if I was single. Once a family man, this really disconnects people.
Pros
I joined some other company after working for 5 years in NSN. Now I am feeling that NSN is the best place to work! Employees are treated well and the team work is given importance. Work life balance is also good.
Cons
Since telecom sector itself is not doing good, the pay package in NSN is little below the industry standards. But at the end of the day work matters!
Advice to Senior Management
People in top level are not much proactive and aggressive. So NSN is badly in need of good top brass people.
Pros

we will get chance to work with advanced technologies
they are telecom domain expertise
Cons

Advice to Senior Management
Already taken some steps to concentrate on the mobile broadband area and hope it would make some difference in future.
