Pros
Talented people, great working culture, good benefits, possibility to grow within company to some edtent, possibility to get a contract abroad.
Cons
Low salary, no clear direction or strategy, every couple of months big reorganizations, bad communication from management towards employees, IT seems to be always behind the market with all decisions
Pros
I got a chance to learn about SGSN and how mobile internet works. People were helping and taught me various stuff.
Cons
staff lacks energy. People are not paid enough. Pressure on management for downsizing as economic conditions are not going well enough.
Advice to Senior Management
try bringing new and fresh perspective to address problems. they tend to solve issues in the conventional way without keeping in mind that this is year 2012!

too many sites within the organization, too many levels of amangement, difficult descision making even is small issues because of too many people involved and not having a single responsible

simplify the organzation, clear owner for all features, products. Simplify product portfolio, clear goals for the company. Better quailty products

As it happens with large companies, many innovative ideas get lost if it is not heard by the right people.

"Labor Pool" employees don't have visibility to management and don't stand a chance for promotion
Company values are promising but made impossible by company structure

Reduce EB, trust the people and put desicion power to the frontline, carve out non-productive staff on global and admin functions

Good pay and on call bonus is higher than the rest of the organisation in the APAC.
