Pros
The Nokia name is still trendy.
Cons
Too many lay-offs. Unstable leadership that does not know how to chart a winning way forward. Basically this is a company that is surviving on the fumes of its past success.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus on long-term vision not short term goals, build your people and become a technology leader.
