    Challenging and diverse responsibilities are available for those ready to take them. Fast paced, customer focused, results orientated, good teamwork.

    Small company in total size having limited resources compared to large companies with diverse organizational structure. Success requires people with confidence, drive and self-sufficiency.

    With limited time and money available for formal business and management development, make the time to assist employees needing this development, grow in their personal capabilities.

    Pros

    The atmosphere at Nolij is pretty good. It is a very laid back place to work. The office is modern and clean. Pretty much everyone has their own office.

    Cons

    There is not a lot of flexibility.

    Advice to Management

    Try to be more consistent with policies and perhaps more flexible. Also, be sure to inform employees when changes are made.
