    Pros

On the job training was terrific. Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer your questions. I could just walk into the Director's office and ask a question at any time. Very good interaction with people from other departments as well.

    Cons

The summer internship program was not very structured. We had a few events (networking, visit to Fed, exchanges, etc) but that was it, nothing really exciting. The firm could improve on formal training, and networking events for interns.

    Advice to Management

Better review and discussion of full time job at the at of the internship. Right now, it's not part of the procedure.

    Pros

Everybody's opinion is counted, very much employee friendly, facilities provided to employees are too good, great infrastructure. acknowledgements to employees is given.

    Cons

Poor work-life balance , teams take on a lot of adhoc processes which can be redirected, recruitment process can be improved

    Advice to Management

Plz take care of the work life balance of employees, it becomes too exhaustive working for 10 official hrs stretched till 12-13 hrs. Overall a very good firm to work for.

Very good work culture - quite meritocratic. Good timings - no staying late or working weekends. Good cafeteria, environment and transport service
