I have been working at Nomura Holdings full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Nomura offers excellent work environment, open door policy, lots of space to work with least micro management. Nature of job is challenging, and one learns new things every day.

    Cons

Uncertainty about companies prospects & unclear HR practices are the biggest downsides. Although, I don't think there are many others.
