Former Employee - Analyst in Mumbai (India)

I worked at Nomura Holdings full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    - Great facilities on-site (well maintained building, concierge, cheap food, gym, etc)
    - Most people are very helpful, integration can go smoothly

    - Very unbalanced workload, inefficient task division and internal processes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please ensure that you focus on an overarching vision that all your employees are aware of and keep your employees happy professionally with meaningful tasks and fair cross-regional task division and communication as well as awareness across the layers of the organisation.

    Pros

Good payer as compared to the service industry.

Not doing well currently because of bad market conditions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A lot of structural changes and role changes at the lower level is not healthy.
