Pros – They treat employees with respect, deadlines are reasonable, benefits are good, compensation is competitive, people there are tenured which indicates little turnover.
Cons – Lack of communication in assignments, change is bad, oftern people scatter when something goes wrong, not a lot of leadership in assigning projects.
Advice to Senior Management – Instill proactiveness and continuous improvement for all its salaried employees, have the corporate office communicate more with the mills, diffuse the turf mentality within the mills.
