Details
Pros
They treat employees with respect, deadlines are reasonable, benefits are good, compensation is competitive, people there are tenured which indicates little turnover.
Cons
Lack of communication in assignments, change is bad, oftern people scatter when something goes wrong, not a lot of leadership in assigning projects.
Advice to Senior Management
Instill proactiveness and continuous improvement for all its salaried employees, have the corporate office communicate more with the mills, diffuse the turf mentality within the mills.
