    Great work/life balance.

    Financial Analyst (Former Employee)

ProsVery strong HR department. Employees are treated fairly and with respect. Excellent work/life balance. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Benefit package quite good for the industry.

ConsOriginally a government Crown corporation. Along with this, even after a long time since becoming a public company, still comes a government-like culture of bureacracy and slow pace and decision-making.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to push harder and run the organisation more like a publicly traded company. Senior management could develop a more open door culture with employees as apposed to an "ivory tower" approach which is not appropriate in today's corporate climate.
