    Awesome Place to Work

Lingerie Fit Specialist (Current Employee) Santa Monica, CA

ProsFriendly and helpful managers. Really work around your schedule for school and allowing to still be able to have a social life.

ConsLate hours. Don't usually leave if I'm closing till 9:30-10 pm.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat their employees really well. Wish there were more corporate positions in California rather than Seattle:( Excellent Customer Service!

    Not What I Expected

KidsWear Sales (Former Employee) Santa Monica, CA

ProsFun atmosphere, reputable company, store discount, face to face work with customers, room for advancement

ConsMOST of the departments only pay with COMMISSION ONLY. keep in mind that if no one shops and you dont sell, you make NO money unless you "miss draw" and then you make around $10/ hr. Also, sales can become very competitive and employees sometimes steal sales from each other

Advice to Senior Managementthere should be a base pay plus commission. Nordstrom charges too much for items to not at least treat their employees with a base pay for all of their hard work.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
