    Pros

Based on which restaurant you are out of, the staff is great and so is management. It gets hectic during peak hours, but expected in the food industry.

    Cons

When other staff call out, you can get stuck there beyond your shift (but make extra money!)

  3. I loved this place!

    I worked at Norms Restaurants

    Pros

Money, if you are a server or management

    Cons

They tell you that you have to start as a host, then you wait while everyone with less ability who is in their 20-s gets promoted, and other people get hired on right away into server positions..... bad for you... while you pay your dues and get used, no matter to them, if your not in the clique with service director, -your out. Your performance will be evaluated by hear say rather than fact, and you will never see any $.... but shown the door after a years worth of dues as a host. No thank yous but f yous. Not too happy to do business....they suck.

    Advice to Management

Grow a conscience and stop with the high school cliquery. Be honest with people, dont string them along, with your "one step at a time..." b.s... if your not going to make good on promise of promotion, just say so. Dont waste peoples time while you play the " in with the in crowd," nonsense.

  6. The only thing I liked about this place was the tips

    Pros

The good thing was the tips, you get paid weekly and paid double on holidays

    Cons

Bad management, not enough help on graveyard. I felt like they didn't care much for graveyard since managers didn't have to work that shift, like we can do it all on our own

    Advice to Management

Not enough help for graveyard shift

    Pros

The Money Was O.K. the 401 k program

    Cons

The Company Vision Is Very Backward. The President is Very Negative toward All employees. No respect shown to anyone. The only thing that the company cares about is the $$$ not the people who make the $$ for them. Be very careful with this employer, they promise alot but once your in they change on you......like jeckle and hyde.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach and maybe you will make more $$
