I worked at Nortel Networks full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers, excellent facilities including variety of onsite food options and fitness facilities, very flexible work hours, many educational opportunities, good locations.

    Cons

Management, particularly upper management, seemed disconnected from lower level employees. In later years particularly, too much outsourcing without apparent care for the results it would have.

Listen to employees when they ask hard questions, don't dismiss with stock answers.
