Pros
Good crowd of well-meaning, talented engineers, real history to the company which created a relaxed atmosphere. Great sports facilities. Good canteen.
Cons
Glass ceiling, promotions based on who talks the corporate talk, those with real ability were left in lower jobs to do the real work. Poor salaries for mere mortals compared to average.
