New technology, great people to work , well placed to take advantage of the IPV6 adoption.
Strong presence in almost all countries of the world and in all SMB segments.

Bad industry downturn and decreasing userbase. Need a good path to upgrade from older proprietary technology and move to open standards and systems.
Advice to Senior Management
Innovate and acquire similar companies in the data/voice industry. Allow clients a clear path to migrate to a newer platform. Rectify all accounting errors of the past.

Incompetent Senior Management - bent on ensuring the Company is completely ethical - going so far in the opposite direction that it caused us to leave 100's of millions of dollars in lost revenues behind.

I'd recommend taking a long hard look at ones self and telling yourself that you failed because you were too busy padding your own wallets

It has quite a few good people in the company, and dedicated to their works, and have been there for a very long time.
Cons
It is a very corrupt place, it is basically who you know, not what you know type of environment. The chance of getting promoted is only someone left or died.

Your actions have led to the company's bankruptcy. Many people got impacted because of that.
