Details
Pros
Nortel has an open work environment in which people feel empowered to take initiative. Collaboration with other teams and entities are very good.
Cons
Nortel's issues are failures done by Senior management during the Telecom bubble. THese failures are hard to recover now.
Advice to Senior Management
Even in this crisis Nortel should not loose the trust of the employees. This would be the definit death.
