    Bankruptcy filing, repeated multiple criminal investigations, stock option loss, pension fund transferred to PBGC, layoffs of many good friends, uncertainty and confusion.

    Pros

    Very friendly, relaxed work environment, unlimited free certification programs, training sessions. They offer great benefits ,compensation and bonuses.

    Cons

    The only think I can think of is that one week per month I had to carry a pager which rang in the middle of night almost every night, I had to fix issues right away.
