    History of poor administrative leadership

Associate Professor Computer Science (Former Employee) Durham, NC

ProsGreat coworkers and students. The institution has great potential as a liberal arts institution but fails to stick to that niche.

ConsIncompetent senior administrative leadership. Very high turn over in senior leadership. Decisions made at the top often impact the upper administration pay and promotion while SPA and epa non faculty positions are often sacrificed all together. Friends are hired for positions instead of the most qualified or experienced and "appointed" to top positions. Personnel practices should be investigated.

Advice to Senior ManagementPersonnel and ethical practices should be investigated. Investigate management practices before accreditation lose.
