    Pros

Opportunity to learn new methods, modern techniques. Meet other scientist from your field, good connections with other companies, what give us good opportunities to see different processes

    Cons

Really bad administration, it takes so long to process any request or any documents. Often documents get lost, and there is need to gather new ones.

    Advice to Management

I really don't have any advice to give, except to improve administration offices.

    Pros

It's the largest university in the state, with students coming from all parts of the state and also neighboring states of Minnesota and South Dakota.

    Cons

Fargo is kind of a remote city. The closest significant metropolitan area is Minneapolis-St. Paul area which is 3 hour drive away.
The winters are also long and harsh.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any advices for the management, I just have to put a minimum of 20 words in here, so the website lets me to open an account.

    Pros

I enjoyed working at NDSU as a group fitness instructor, but the information I have to share is very limited because I worked 1-3 hours/week. The staff was friendly, there is daycare located in the same building as the gym, the gym was a nice facility.

I also loved that this gym hosted various group fitness workshops- very convenient to attend. The locker rooms are clean spacious, not overcrowded, with hairdryers on the wall. The group fitness room was in good condition with all the basic fitness toys needed to teach a class. The upstairs room where I taught HIIT was less known to patrons, and we experienced lower attendance numbers.

    Cons

Considering that this position was at a university, the employed college students tended to lack professionalism.
I disliked that even though I taught at the same time every week, the front desk staff did not bother to learn my name, or even that I was there to teach, not use the gym.
Finally, it was disappointing that as an instructor, I was not given free access to use the other gym facilities.

    Advice to Management

Perk- let non-student instructors use all of the gym facilities for free
