Pros

They allow you to expand your experience by cross training. There is variety and people I work day to day with are GREAT! It one of the reasons I stay.

Cons

Not enough resources (people and money) to get projects completed. It's good to have a job but burn out rate is high!

Advice to Senior Management

Give the credit to those that deserve it and show them that you appreciate them. A good word goes a long way!

Smaller environment with good opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Organizational communications and priorities either don’t make it down to the individual level or leadership isn’t promoting the plans and goals for the company effectively.

Advice to Senior Management

Strongly encourage Nursing and Medical Staff leadership to bring their colleagues in line with the goals for the organization. It seems like there are many staff only worried about their own concerns instead of working towards organizational goals.
