Pros
A salary is better than no salary. The experience at this company was largely negative.
Cons
Deceitful, disrespectful, incompetent middle/second tier management with no integrity. Blame culture. Staff treated poorly. No HR to speak of, bar one employee who is never visible.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop blaming others in their absence in vain attempts to cover your own inadequacies.

Pros
branch staff are good people and it was good to help them do their jobs. Allways enjoyed working away at site and hearing things that would help.
Cons
head office staff suffer nepatism in a big way. middle management are allways after the 'quick win' and not interested in long term growth.
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate with your staff. Listen to them.
