    I worked at Northridge

    Pros

The salary is decent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well-kept unlike others I have been in.

    Cons

You are taken for granted. The communication between management and staff is poor, and often contradictory. You would be better off elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to improve your communication. Also, you need to be fair about your hiring practices, and reward hard work.

I have been working at Northridge

    Pros

This is a solid company that treats employees very fairly. All financial and business performance information is shared with the entire staff. Honest leadership, fun place to work, good people. The benefits are pretty solid.

    Cons

This is a consulting firm and as with all consulting firms the focus is on billable hours. If you aren't comfortable with meeting certain performance and billability objectives then you shouldn't work at Northridge. The company has a 401K but doesn't currently have a matching program which would be nice to see.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay focused on client satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Hire individuals that can both drive value for the client and also be a positive member of the team. Add a 401K match to the benefits.
