Pros
Great opportunities for growth for someone just out of college. If you have the drive, usually you can move throughout the company and grow. Great benefits, great people, good work/life balance.
Cons
Higher expectations than resources allow; if management treats you unfairly, the "company" tends to side with management vs. looking into the discrimination. Managers are not trained to be managers and this snowballs down to the employees and their happiness at work.
Advice to Senior Management
Give managers "management training" and mentor them to be managers.
