    Pros

Great team of engineers and clinical group. Northstar was very good at attracting exceptional talent in the engineering team. Within the engineering group there was super teamwork.

    Cons

Senior management team did not get along with one another and this was obvious to the rank and file. They tended to hire people based on where they previously worked rather than on their own credentials.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the rank and file

    Pros

Great people. Very exciting atmosphere to work in. Beautiful office and really great culture among employees. Good collaborations across groups

    Cons

The company did not really promote professional development for its employees the way that it should. Strategy and goals of management not clear.

    Advice to Management

They should have been more clear about where the company was headed during the clinical review process and when the phase 3 trials came back
