    Pros

The excitement of being in a television production studio.

    Cons

Management is infantile and very unprofessional. Pay is sub-par, especially for the middle Tennessee area. The office culture is pretty much a dog eat dog free-for-all.

    Advice to Management

The president of the company needs to be replaced and Virginia Beach needs to come down and apply some Christian principles to the office environment.
