Time consuming. Must get out of your comfort zone. These difficult times make it especially hard to help people work on their financial goals.
Pros
Very little super vision, good pay if you work hard.
Cons
Watch out, most people in the office are looking to use you. Most of the Financial Reps there are very incompetent. They have an extremely bias opinion towards whole life insurance and do not want to consider any alternatives to whole life.
Pros
Great work culture. Flexibility in work hours. Always learning something new. Awesome training program. Making an impact in people's lives.
Cons
Negative view on insurance sales agent. A lot of local travelling (good or bad). Calling people to get a meeting (good or bad).
Pros
high income potential, earn complete independence, great compensation, good benfits, competitive and fun atmosphere, caring and inspiring coworkers, ability to help others, proud of what you do. While making your own schedule and working with others in a teamwork atmosphere.
Cons
Very hard work, no guaranteed income, high level of stress. You need to be willing to sacrifice time of the day and evening to expand your practice. Holding your self responsible.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing a great job, we have the best representatives in the world and we have the best products. Try not to emphasize on the bad days as much as highlighting the good days
Pros
Young people who dislike the job just like yourself so you aren't by yourself. Alot of people quit in the middle of summer.
Cons
Just about everything. They expect you to be a professional and already have mastered the skills even though they don't teach much.
Advice to Senior Management
Quit ripping young kids off. It will just make them never want to work with you once they quit your underpaying internship
Pros
The training is very good.
Cons
More communication with management. Goals
