    Talented professors, courteous staff and some good students.

    Cons

    Extreme low salaries. No pay raises in a long time. Staff are not empowered to make any decisions. Rules are handed down from the top without much process or thoughts.

    Trust your employees. Treat them with respect that they deserve. Empower the staff. Improve communications.
