I have been working at Norwalk Hospital full-time

    Pros

    People friendly one on one.

    Cons

Group dynamic less than optimal. NH is a great community hospital. Understand corporate affiliation the trend, but this comes at a cost where getting things done involves too many layers and players. Org chart is confounding.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much duplicative effort working at cross purposes; would benefit from better coordination, definition & delegation of duties at all levels.
