I have been working at Notre Dame

    Pros

Great Faculty who care about their interests and their students. Notre Dame is investing heavily in their facilities and faculty.

    Cons

The culture and students are dolts. The fall is consumed by football and everybody goes balls over it. Double standards about alcohol, drugs, and sex+ genders that befuddle the more intelligent people.

    Pros

The teachers are all happy to help out and very nice. Formed a great community with everybody who worked there. The parents are also very accommodating and responsive to any comments about their children.

    Cons

Specific way to handle children, must know that things are done in a certain way. Difficult at first, but it gets easier as time goes on

I have been working at Notre Dame full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Strong networks. Excellent faculty. Great community.

    Cons

Weak career services, mostly people looking for retirement jobs. Increasing international student intake without any strategy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

recruiting 80% of international students from China does not add any real diversity to the class.
