Details
Pros
Nice office, good group of people to work with. Really relaxed atmosphere pretty much work at your own pace and do you own thing.
Cons
Lack of controls, very much mismanaged. Some people had jobs consisting of doing really nothing productive at all. Can you say bankruptcy.
Advice to Senior Management
Nothing really left to say, the company filed for bankruptcy and most employees were let go. Classic case of how not to run a business.
