    Pros

    Close contact and good interaction opportunity with medical experts and clinical research sites. Congress participation, educational meetings organization.

    Cons

    This job requires too many trips, so it is not a good option if you have young children. The salary is good but there is a need to live in specific cities.

    Pros

    highly ethical , continuous training. Great people to work with.

    Cons

    Novartis said they are transparent but we're not when it came to restructuring. Its not about the person, just revenue.

    Sometimes it takes a while for a process to be completed, too many meetings and talks about what might be done, instead of getting on a building the thing.

    Pros

    Fair, good salary, good benefits, cared about their employees, happy place to work.
    Layer off hard workers and kept those that didn't work but knew the hidden secrets of upper management

    Cons

    Upper management only ones would are important after layoffs. Didn't care what happened to their dedicated employees.

    Remember the people who made you what you are. You forgot all about them.
