    Pros

Constant training, personal development plan and compatituve salary.

    Cons

Sometime the organisation can be very slow and do not react to changes as fast as needed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less middle management would give clearer picture and will help the communication.

I have been working at Novo Nordisk full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits are great and include child care for field reps who need to work conventions, dinner programs etc.

    Cons

Has turned slowly into big pharma and backstabbing mentality. Most everyone is feeling uncertain about their future and distrustful of each other

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

too much focus on CPC its ridiculous. One call can last three hours but we are dinged if we don't get 9+
a prerequisite for RFTs. RBMs and DBMs should be that they have won COE on a national level at least once. Why should a DCS have a dingbat RFT "train" them? If DMs are managing for sales than they need to prove it first!

I have been working at Novo Nordisk full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

This is company in which you can work whole life! People performance system simply works and if you are demotivated managers can help you to find new career path with an ease. LEAN tools are applied not only across all departments but also in each office which is wonderful. There is much more pros than cons!!!

    Cons

None from my point of view. I have never been in the situation where Novo Nordisk would disappoint me!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to do great job guys!

I have been working at Novo Nordisk

    Pros

Very profitable market, good work-life balance, good opportunities around the world and very diverse environment at the sales departments.

    Cons

The company has a very strong Danish root which means that the top management board is exclusively Danish. It can be annoying sometime and a bit frightening that you might have to be a Dane to progress.

    Pros

Good management. The company remains sincere to its core values. Excellent work-life balance, salary, and benefits. They are very conscious of culture and have built an incredible group of employees. They really try to take care of their employees.

    Cons

Novo Nordisk is very process oriented. They have a reputation of eliminating entire satellite ventures, as they just did with their AID program.

Well respected company, known leader in fighting diabetes (and I was proud of it!), good working culture, lots of emphasis on employee's well being (e.g: eating healthy, exercise, etc), great working ambiance

    Cons

High turnover rate in the team
Lack of support and guidance from managers
    Lack of proper sound training
    No clear career development pathway
    No work/life balance, overworked
