    Pros

Very nice people and regular employees do not seem to be over worked as happens at other Pharma companies. Super nice folks.

    Cons

Contingent workers can put in longer hours. Managers don't seem have a good sense of how long it takes to manage tasks and expect faster turnarounds and employees to have spare time to take on other projects. There is also some immaturity in dealing with people (talking behind people's backs and that kind of thing) but overall the professional environment is great. It's a really good place to work but like all companies has it's warts.

    Advice to Management

Management needs a better understanding of workloads and the time consuming nature of managing a production environment.

    Pros

Company Culture Work-Life Balance is always taken into consideration and the company strives to maintain this. Training for Staff is comprehensive and engaging Excellent communication Company is very philanthropic

Sometimes there is a definite lack of defined working processes, however I have noticed that this is the baseline through the pharmaceutical world. Also, better communication between various departments could be improved upon.
