    Market leader on voice reconition

    Cons

    Constant redundancy threat. you are as good as you last project, don't have a project ? you are next !!!
    As a sales company, technical people have no place to grow.
    There is no career inside Nuance, so if you want a better position or salary you need to find another job
    Long hours working for Nuance benefit, you never get anything from your hard work

    Managers at Nuance don't care about people they only care about projects

    Pros

    In total a relaxing yet rewarding place to work. i would surmise it as a flexible working environment with top down support when. Mangement led by example

    Cons

    Genuinly did not have any issues there. The company grew both organically and by that of acquisition. Post acquisition things were difficult but the again that is the nature of change. On the whole nothing to be concerned about
