    Pros

Great Salary, Excellent focus on safety

    Cons

Company philosophy is beginning to change, and in my opinion, for the worse.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More autonomy out in the mill. Allow and encourage people to make decisions, right or wrong. People learn more from making a wrong decision than having all of their choices made for them. People should have the right to fail.

Former Employee - Computer Engineering Intern in Crawfordsville, IN

    Pros

The people I was working with were really great. They really cared about making my internship experience as good as it could be.

    Cons

The internship program isn't very structured. I basically had to find my own project to work on while I was there, which was fine, but if you don't look for something to do you could very easily just be a shadow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just have a little better structure for the interns and have actual projects for them to work on.

    Positive Outlook
