Pros

Overall I enjoyed my fellow co-workers. We always had fun while working. Never a dull moment.

Cons

Don't expect hard work to pay off. Favoritism was the only way to get a promotion. If you were not the manager's friend or favorite you got stuck with the worst shifts and had to ask for pay raises, unlike the favorites.
Upper management loved to treat the employees like children when they would talk to you.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't treat your employees like kids, just talk straight with them.
Take a good look at how you promote people and why, because (at least where I was) there was a lot of favoritism taking place.
