Pros – Benefit packages for permenant employees
Cons – Temps are not treated properly, no recognition and not treated like part of the team, kinda like dirt.
Pros – Great benefits. Culture for the most part is good. I think there is good effort to be the best in class.
Cons – Management is young and inexperienced in leading people. Not a very dynamic company. They were a small company that is now part of a big global company. The structure of management lacks accountability at all levels positions.
Advice to Senior Management – Better coaching skills are needed and honesty. I think personnel needs to take more of a balanced role with the organization.
