Pros – pay is good and supervisor was nice
Cons – not enough hours/ clients are far
Pros – Learned a lot about running a business, because our "corporate" support was non-existent or disengaged.
Cons – Upper management seemed afraid of the owner of the company and fresh ideas were smothered. Salaried office staff was forced to work nights and weekends in addition to their FT schedule. Corporate support was weak. You could never accurately predict monthly commissions. No uniformity in how the branches were run. Recruiting tools were weak - no ability to post openings on national websites.
